Reservation Information
A deposit of $500 is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit may be in the form of a cashiers check, cash or credit card. It will become the damage deposit at the time of rental. $250 of the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations occurring 31 days or more prior to the date of pick up. $500 of the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations occurring within 31 days of pick up.
Vehicle Pick-up Time: After 3:00p.m.
Return Time: 8:00a.m. - 11:00a.m.
Special arrangements available upon request.
If the vehicle is kept longer than scheduled there will be a $100 per hour penalty fee. NO REFUNDS ON EARLY RETURNS.
Refund Policy
Deposits are refundable after 5 business days if the coach has been returned on time, undamaged, with the fuel and propane tanks full.
If the fuel tanks (LPG and gas) are not returned full, a fuel charge PLUS a $100 fee will apply. Client is liable for ALL parking and traffic violations. The client will be notified if a violation appears after the deposit is refunded and the amount of the ticket will be charged to the credit card on file.
